The First Presbyterian Church in Princeton will be celebrating its’ 180th anniversary on Sunday, Oct. 29. Current and former members, along with Sunday school children at First Presbyterian, invite the community to join in the festivities being planned to commemorate this milestone. Members and friends of the church will gather for coffee hour and an historical display at 9 a.m. with worship to follow at 10:30 a.m. Dinner will be served at noon followed by a short historical program at 1 p.m. The public is welcome to attend all or part of the celebration. The reservation deadline for the dinner is Friday, Oct. 13. Reservations can be made by calling the church office at 815-875-1306.
