The Princeton Fire Department was dispatched to a semi tractor-trailer accident April 30 on Interstate 80 near mile marker 58.5, east of Princeton.
Upon arrival, first responders found a semi tractor-trailer had crashed through the guardrail and was partially down a steep embankment. The driver of the vehicle was out of the semi and unhurt.
Princeton’s engine remained on scene until tow service had removed the trailer from the embankment. Units cleared the scene at 2:42 p.m.
